The Project Y Spies:  An Historical Perspective on a Perennial Threat

An online presentation by Alan B. Carr, Senior Historian, Los Alamos National Laboratory

We all know at least one Hollywood spies story, right? But what about the real spies in our real world? Particularly during the race for the atomic bomb to ultimately end WWII?

The proposed presentation will transport you in the world of Project Y, and you will meet some of the most controversial and (in)famous individuals working for the Manhattan project at the time: MLAD, Charles, KALIBR, Godsend, and Perseus!
